1. Sure Seats
Online/Prepaid appointments get seating PRIORITY. Particularly *Saturdays (see item #3).

*Step 2: Our representative will send a link and confirm your chosen payment method. Kindly send proof of payment thru Viber or branch email in order to reserve your slot.2. First Come, First-Served Basis
Call/Text appointments (Join our Viber group! – bit.ly/NTViber) and walk-ins are welcome.
*LATE comers will automatically be on Wait List.
**Exact change on CASH is requested.3. Wait List
Sure seats (paid) are reserved within the duration of appointment ONLY up to half hour thus giving Nail Tropics the right to shorten service or move to Wait List. *Reservations or extensions made after are subject to seat availability.
4. 7-Day Store Credit
Rescheduling of appointment must be made within 7 days for fully paid transactions. Strictly NO refunds.
* A No Show will be charged accordingly.5. Extension Fee
A client will be charged 30% of total bill for every half hour extension thereafter.
*Availability of seat & nail artisan is required.*Gift Certificates Redemption:
– 1-2 slots per available hour/day (*Saturdays till 2pm)
